The European Rice Tasting Days are back
From 29 January we will be on the road again to let you taste the goodness and quality of European-grown rice. Our on-the-road itinerary this time will be entirely dedicated to Portugal; it will start in Vila Nova de Cerveira, in the north, and continue to Albufeira, in the Algarve, via Porto and Lisbon.
Each stop will be an opportunity to discover the virtues and benefits of rice consumption, from its digestibility and high nutritional values to its fundamental role in the protection of natural resources and biodiversity.
The Tasting Days will also be a moment of discussion and sharing, on board our foodtruck there will be a chef ready to satisfy everyone’s tastes and above all to give advice on how to cook the different varieties of rice, proposing seasonal recipes, typical of the three largest rice-producing countries in the European Union: Italy, France and Portugal.
